In Home Personal Care Aide

Provide respectful assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers for clients. Guide ambulation, walker/wheelchair use, and therapist-directed range-of-motion routines. Plan and cook simple, balanced meals while monitoring hydration, and handle light housekeeping, laundry, and fall-prevention checks. Give timely medication reminders and note condition changes for the supervising nurse. Offer conversation, games, and escorted outings to keep minds sharp, and drive or accompany clients to appointments, groceries, and community activities. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the service area are required.
