Job Summary
Conduct personal care and hygiene assistance for senior clients, manage light housekeeping, and prepare meals in collaboration with clients. Support clients with mobility, ambulation, and exercise goals while prompting medication adherence and handling grocery shopping. Provide immediate response to medical emergencies by reporting health changes and adhering to First Aid and emergency response protocols. Maintain reliable transportation and excellent time management across varied shifts in Anniston, Talladega, and surrounding communities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to client visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
