Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) providing private duty homecare for adult and teenage patients in patients’ homes. Schedule flexibility with days, nights, and weekend shifts; electronic documentation via a tablet in each patient’s home. Must maintain an active license, CPR certification, and TB skin test. Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred (one year in GA); reliable transportation required. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (last 12 months)
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year preferred in GA)
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Reliable transportation
