Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed for in-home patient care across Springfield, GA. Provide patient-centered nursing services for pediatric, toddler, and teen patients with varying acuity (including feeding tube and trach) in private-duty homecare settings. Flexible scheduling available with full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts; days, nights, and weekends. Must maintain active LPN/LVN license in the state, complete required CPR hands-on training, and meet TB testing requirements. Supports electronic charting via patient homes and collaborates with clinicians to achieve excellent clinical outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Active unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year preferred in GA)
- Reliable transportation
