Job Summary
Licensed Practical/LVN Nurse (LPN/LVN) for in-home care of a teenager with Trach/Vent. Provides clinical nursing care in the patient’s home; requires active license, CPR, and TB test. Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, or PRN options and weekend shifts; supports electronic documentation and ongoing training. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year preferred in GA)
- Reliable transportation
