Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed for in-home care of a teenager with Trach/Vent in Carrollton, GA. Provide high-quality private-duty nursing services; must maintain active LPN license, CPR with hands-on component, and TB test. Role requires reliable transportation and may require six months of hands-on nursing experience (one year in GA). Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN with days, nights, and weekend shifts. Documentation performed electronically on a tablet; ongoing training and career path opportunities available. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
- Must have reliable transportation
