Provides direct patient care in the patient’s home with flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends; requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, TB test, and ability to transfer a compact license. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state where practice will occur
- CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Compact license must be transferable to state of residence within 90 days
