Job Summary
Licensed Practical/LVN (LPN/LVN) needed for in-home care across multiple Atlanta metro-area locations. Trach/vent patients included. Role supports full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts with days, nights, and weekends; responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care in patients' homes, maintaining electronic documentation via tablet, and collaborating with a support team to ensure high-quality outcomes. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, TB skin test, and ability to travel to patient homes; HIPAA/compliance and ongoing training provided. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred (1 year in GA)
- Reliable transportation
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
