Job Summary
In-Home LPN/LVN for Trach/Vent adult patients on overnight shifts. Provide in-home skilled nursing care, perform Trach/Vent care, manage documentation with electronic systems, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive clinical outcomes. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, TB test, and meet state requirements; compact licenses may require transfer within 90 days. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN with opportunities for skill advancement and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification (hands-on)
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred (1 year in GA)
- Reliable transportation
