Job Summary
LPN/LVN in in-home private duty nursing for adult patients, with a focus on trach care and non-ambulatory needs. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, maintain CPR certification, and complete a TB test within the last year. Six months of hands-on nursing experience is preferred (one year in GA). Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN; weekend shifts available. Requires reliable transportation and compliance with state-specific licensure transfer timelines for compact licenses. Homecare setting with electronic documentation and ongoing training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where practicing
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
