Job Summary
Provide high-acuity in-home and school nursing care for teenagers with tracheostomy and ventilator needs in Lithonia. Manage daily patient monitoring, medication administration, and wound care while maintaining electronic documentation via tablet. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and maintain active LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice. This role requires Sunday through Saturday shifts from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and involves working with high-acuity patients requiring specialized respiratory support. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience (1 year required in GA)
