Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in homecare for an infant with a feeding tube. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the practice state, with transfer of compact licenses within 90 days. CPR certification and TB test required, with 6 months of hands-on nursing experience preferred (1 year in GA). Flexible scheduling available including days, nights, weekends, and PRN options; electronic documentation via tablet is used in patient homes. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year preferred in GA)
- Reliable transportation
