Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care as an LPN/LVN for pediatric CVL Toddler patients in a private-duty setting. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state and, if applicable, transfer compact licenses within 90 days. CPR certification with hands-on component required; TB skin test current within 12 months. Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred, with one year preferred in GA. Must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities include clinical care in patients’ homes, documentation using a tablet-based system, and collaboration with a team to achieve positive clinical outcomes. Flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts; days, evenings, and weekends available. Required Qualifications
