Job Summary
Provide in-home patient nursing care for an infant with a central line, delivering clinical services licensed practical nursing, patient documentation via tablet, and coordinating care with the Aveanna homecare team. Positions offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), with days, nights, and weekends available and opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred; role includes working in the patient's home in Tifton, GA, and ensuring compliance with licensure, CPR, TB testing, and state-specific requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year in GA)
- Reliable transportation
