Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services while connecting one-on-one with patients to answer health questions and guide them toward better self-care. Perform both virtual visits and local travel as needed, adhering to safety protocols in diverse home environments that may include pets or allergens. Work part-time with an anticipated weekly commitment of 29.5 hours, earning a base hourly rate between $37.66 and $81.11. Maintain an active, unrestricted license and board certification in the coverage area.
