Use an iPad with a streamlined clinical workflow to conduct medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and select diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, eye exams) as ordered by health plans. No prescribing, ordering of labs, or treatment changes required. Flexible to travel locally within licensed states; primary worksite is the patient’s home. Per diem compensation with an hourly base rate plus incentive structure; benefits available for part-time hours.
