Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients, answer health questions, and provide education without prescribing medicine or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally within licensed states as needed and perform virtual visits when required. Work part-time, approximately 29.5 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling to meet health plan member needs.

- Board certification (required)
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed

- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
