Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams when ordered. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients, reviewing their unique needs while adhering to safety protocols in diverse home environments. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states to fulfill role requirements. Work part-time with an anticipated weekly commitment of 29.5 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Able to cover the following primary locations: Houghton (Counties: Gogebic, Houghton, Keweenaw, Ontonagon)
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
