Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations by reviewing medication history, performing physical exams, and administering diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams using an iPad clinical workflow. Engage one-on-one with patients in their private residences to answer health questions and provide education, while adhering to safety protocols in diverse home environments. Fulfill Signify Health services including preventive screenings and connect patients to appropriate care within a national network. Work part-time (29.5 hours/week) with local travel flexibility as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
