Job Summary
In-Home Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Part Time delivering in-home health evaluations. Clinicians conduct 45‐minute visits at patients’ homes, including medication and medical history review and physical evaluation; additional diagnostic tests may be performed if ordered by the patient’s health plan. Use an iPad with a clinical workflow; prescribing or altering treatment is not required. Flexibility to travel locally and within licensed states; virtual visits available when needed. The role supports connecting health plan members with appropriate care, visiting millions nationwide, and includes benefits such as malpractice insurance, supplies, and comprehensive health plans. Primary workplace is the member’s home, with environments that may include pets or allergens. Part-time clinicians (NPs or PAs) must have active licenses, board certification, and may hold multi-state licenses; anticipated weekly hours ~29.5.
