Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical assessments, and optional diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to provide diagnostic and preventive services while engaging one-on-one with patients in their private residences. Perform virtual visits as needed and maintain flexibility to travel locally within licensed states. Work part-time with an anticipated weekly schedule of 29.5 hours. Candidates must possess an active, unrestricted license and board certification in the coverage area.
