Job Summary
In-Home Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Part Time, providing in-home health evaluations for health plan members. Visit members in their homes (approx. 45 minutes) to review medication and medical history, perform a physical evaluation, and conduct additional diagnostic tests as ordered (e.g., spirometry, eye exams). Use an iPad-based clinical workflow; not required to prescribe meds or alter treatment. Travel locally within licensed states; virtual visits as needed. Primary workplace is the member's home; environments may vary and include pets or other allergens. Flexible, preventive and diagnostic in-home services across a national clinician network.
