In-Home Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide in-home health evaluations for health plans members. Clinician uses an iPad-based clinical workflow; no requirement to prescribe medications, order labs, or modify current treatments. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships, visiting members at home nationwide, performing virtual visits as needed, and traveling locally within licensed states. Primary workplace is the member's private residence, with potential exposure to pets, secondhand smoke, and other environmental factors; role emphasizes flexible, comprehensive, and personalized health evaluations delivered at people's homes.
