Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations by reviewing medication history, performing physical assessments, and administering diagnostic tests such as spirometry or diabetic eye exams using an iPad. Engage one-on-one with patients in their private residences to answer health questions and provide education, while adhering to safety protocols in diverse home environments that may include pets or allergens. Perform both virtual visits and local travel as needed to serve a nationwide network of health plan members.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
