Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Perform virtual visits as needed and utilize an iPad-based clinical workflow for each assessment. Travel locally and across licensed states to serve members nationwide, providing comprehensive preventive and diagnostic services directly in their homes. Work within diverse residential environments that may include pets or allergens, focusing on one-on-one patient engagement without prescribing medication or altering treatment regimens.
