Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Use an iPad and clinical workflow to deliver preventive services such as bone density screening and connect patients with appropriate care. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states to reach members in diverse home environments. Maintain active, unrestricted licenses and board certification while providing education and answering health questions without prescribing or altering treatment regimens.
