Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to deliver comprehensive preventive services such as bone density screening and spirometry. Perform virtual visits as needed while maintaining flexibility to travel locally within licensed states. Engage one-on-one with patients to answer health questions and guide them toward better self-care without prescribing medicine or altering existing treatment regimens. Work in diverse home environments, including those with pets or allergens, as part of a national network dedicated to improving health outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
