Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad-based clinical workflow to perform preventive services such as bone density screening and bone density screening. Engage one-on-one with patients to answer health questions and provide education on their unique needs. Perform virtual visits as needed while maintaining flexibility to travel locally within licensed states. Work in diverse home environments that may contain pets, smoke, or allergens.
Required Qualifications

- Board certification (required)
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed

- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
