Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results. Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions. Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards. Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership. Facilitate workshops and team development sessions. Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives. Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interaction. This Master Trainer role requires leadership experience, certified training credentials, CPR/AED, and a proven track record of coaching and driving results, with flexibility for a part-to-full-time schedule and mobile training delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
