In-Home Master Personal Trainer

Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results as an In-Home Master Personal Trainer for mobile/onsite sessions. Conduct initial assessments and reassessments, design and lead individual and small-group sessions, oversee client success metrics, support sales and assessment goals, and drive local marketing and community engagement. Must be a certified personal trainer with CPR/AED certification and 3+ years of leadership experience; strong communication, organization, motivational, and sales/field marketing skills are preferred. Flexible schedule with a leadership path and opportunities to grow a team; compensation $33-$46/hr plus performance bonuses and advancement opportunities; roles involve training clients at homes, offices, and community spaces in the Houston, TX area.
