Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results, conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App, design and lead individual and small-group training sessions, oversee client success metrics and training quality, support sales and assessment goals, facilitate workshops and team development sessions, drive local marketing and community engagement, and embody the DRIVE values in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
