Job Summary
As a Master Trainer with GYMGUYZ, lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results, conduct assessments, design and lead individual and small-group sessions, oversee client success metrics, support sales and assessment goals, facilitate workshops, drive local marketing and community engagement, and embody the DRIVE values in every interaction. The role combines leadership with hands-on training, mobile delivery to clients’ homes/offices/community spaces, and opportunities for advancement within a top mobile personal-training network. Requirements include certification as a Personal Trainer (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE) and CPR/AED, 3+ years of training and leadership experience, proven client results and mentoring ability, plus strong communication and motivational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
