Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results. Conduct initial assessments and reassessments, design and lead individual and small-group training sessions, oversee client success metrics and training quality standards, and support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership. Facilitate workshops and team development, drive local marketing and community engagement, and embody GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values in every interaction. This Master Trainer role offers competitive pay ($33-$46/hour) with performance bonuses, a flexible schedule (full-time preferred), and opportunities for advancement within a mobile, home-based training model. Requires Certified Personal Trainer credentials (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE) and CPR/AED, plus 3+ years of leadership experience and a track record of client results.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
