In-Home Master Personal Trainer

Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results. Conduct initial assessments and reassessments, design and lead individual and small-group training sessions, oversee client success metrics and training quality, support sales and assessment goals, facilitate workshops and team development, drive local marketing and community engagement, and represent DRIVE values in every interaction. Must be a certified personal trainer with CPR/AED and demonstrate 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience; strong communication and motivational skills; sales/field marketing experience preferred.
