Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results for clients in-home, offices, and community spaces. Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ app; design and lead individual and small-group training sessions; oversee client success metrics and training quality standards; support sales and assessment goals with leadership; facilitate workshops and team development; drive local marketing and community engagement while embodying DRIVE values (Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence). The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and driving outcomes across mobile, in-home fitness delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
