Job Summary
Compassionate in-home dialysis care partner to supervise a single patient’s dialysis transition at home. Provide setup for NxStage or Tablo dialysis machines, keep the treatment environment clean and safe, offer companionship, help maintain treatment schedules, provide light ADL support, monitor safety, and document shift notes. Training will be provided with ongoing clinical team support to ensure confidence in patient-specific routines and home setup. Must be willing to complete training and pass a background check; strong communication with a clinical team is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic)
- Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (NxStage, Tablo)
- Open to in-home dialysis support and willing to complete the provided training
- Strong communicator who works well with a clinical team
- Must pass a background check
