Job Summary
Provide high-acuity in-home nursing care for adolescents, managing feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration. Deliver compassionate home healthcare services across Sullivan City, TX, utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training. Work Friday through Sunday shifts from 7am to 7pm with reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
