Job Summary
Provide weekend night in-home care for adolescents with high acuity needs, including feeding tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and medication administration. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification while utilizing electronic documentation via company tablets. Deliver compassionate care with 24/7 local clinical support, adhering to a Friday through Sunday schedule from 7am to 7pm in Sulivan City, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
