Job Summary
RN for in-home pediatric and adult patient care across shifts (nights rotating 6pm-6am) with licensing in LPN/LVN scope; responsibilities include med administration, low-acuity patient care, and electronic documentation via a company tablet. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state

- Compliance with state-specific requirements as applicable
- CPAA/CA Notice as applicable
