Job Summary
Deliver low-acuity in-home nursing care for children, focusing on feeding tube and medication administration. Manage electronic documentation via tablet devices and maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice. Complete required TB skin testing and CPR certification, with hands-on experience preferred but not mandatory. Work Thursday through Sunday shifts in Fort Worth, TX, with flexible scheduling options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse- RN
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
