Job Summary
Conduct high-acuity in-home nursing care for children, managing feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and medication administration. Provide compassionate bedside support while utilizing company-provided tablets for electronic documentation. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training. Work Sunday and Monday shifts from 7am to 7pm with reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse- RN
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
