Job Summary
Conduct high-acuity in-home nursing care for toddlers with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration during night shifts from 7pm to 7am. Provide compassionate clinical support to families in Springtown, TX, utilizing electronic documentation via company-provided tablets. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification, with training available for advanced skills. Work flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, or PRN hours, supported by 24/7 local clinical resources and a culture emphasizing work-life balance and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
