Job Summary
Conduct high-acuity in-home nursing care for toddlers, managing feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration. Provide compassionate bedside support while utilizing company tablets for electronic documentation. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Work Monday through Wednesday shifts from 7am to 7pm in Justin, TX, with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
