Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care for high-acuity patients (adult/child) including continuous tasks such as feeding tube, tracheostomy, ventilator support, and medication administration. Schedule 3-4 shifts per week (days/nights) in Hallsville, TX, with flexible options and weekend availability. Requires active LPN/LVN license in the practice state, CPR certification, and TB test; travel to patient homes is involved. Aveanna supports skill advancement, training, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and weekly/daily pay; role includes collaboration with a broad clinical team and use of electronic documentation via a tablet in patient homes.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to residence state within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
