Job Summary
Provide high-acuity in-home care for adults, including feeding tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and medication administration. Deliver compassionate homecare services Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm in Abilene, TX. Utilize tablet-based electronic documentation for each patient visit while maintaining an active, unencumbered RN license and current CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
