Conduct low acuity in-home care for teenagers in San Antonio, TX, focusing on feeding tube management and medication administration. Provide compassionate bedside support while utilizing electronic documentation via tablet. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)

- Reliable transportation
