Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in patients' homes during night shifts, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate delivery. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training. Requires six months of hands-on experience, reliable transportation, and a current TB skin test. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact license transferable to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- 6 months hands on experience
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements including required vaccinations and testing
