Job Summary
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in private-duty homecare, providing in-home nursing care with night shifts. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN, with days, nights, and weekend shifts; care delivered in patients’ homes using a tablet for electronic documentation. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, TB test within 12 months, and at least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience; new graduates not currently accepted. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Unencumbered license (LPN/LVN)
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Not currently accepting new graduate nurses
- 6 months hands-on nursing experience
- Reliable transportation
