Job Summary
Conduct low-acuity in-home care for teenagers in San Antonio, TX, focusing on feeding tube management and medication administration. Perform daily patient monitoring and electronic documentation via tablet while maintaining a Sunday shift schedule from 7am to 7pm. Ensure all patients receive compassionate care under the supervision of Aveanna's clinical support team, with training provided for specific clinical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact license transferable to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
