Job Summary

Deliver and document skilled nursing care for young pediatric patients under RN supervision, managing feeding tubes and medication administration while monitoring condition changes and reporting to the physician. Implement and update nursing care plans, educate families on disease processes and self-care, and maintain infection control standards per OSHA guidelines. Participate in skill evaluations and continuing education to maintain competency. Requires an active LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and reliable transportation; full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts available in Kyle. Required Qualifications

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
